Today’s video of the day is Underworld Live at EDC Las Vegas 2026 Underworld brought pure rave energy to EDC Las Vegas 2026. They performed live at cosmicMEADOW on May 15, 2026. Instead of quick DJ drops, they built long, evolving sequences. As a result, the set felt cinematic and hypnotic. Moreover, the crowd heard huge synth builds and deep rhythmic layering. Even better, the transitions stayed seamless and emotional. Underworld formed in the late 1970s, but they became electronic legends in the 1990s. Karl Hyde and Rick Smith shaped their signature sound with progressive techno and spoken-word vocals. Therefore, they helped define UK rave culture worldwide. Their breakthrough era peaked with Dubnobasswithmyheadman and Second Toughest in the Infants. Later, they pushed even further with Beaucoup Fish. Because of that run, their live shows still feel timeless. This EDC Las Vegas full set pulled heavily from their most iconic releases. For example, “Born Slippy” connects directly to Trainspotting fame and later appeared on 1992–2012: The Anthology. Meanwhile, “Pearl’s Girl” comes from Second Toughest in the Infants and remains a live staple. “Dark & Long (Dark Train)” links back to Dubnobasswithmyheadman, yet it still sounds futuristic today. Additionally, “Two Months Off” represents the brighter, festival-ready side of A Hundred Days Off. However, the night peaked with “Moaner” from Beaucoup Fish and the final blast of “Born Slippy .NUXX”. Even so, modern mashups with Brutalismus 3000, KI/KI, and Deadmau5 kept the set current. Consequently, this performance proved Underworld can honor their catalog while still reinventing it. Why stop with Underworld’s underground music video?
